Cập nhật: 20/10/2026. Ứng dụng VTraks Labeler do AIVISION (AIV Groups) vận hành, giúp cá nhân và doanh nghiệp thu thập ảnh, video và thông tin sản phẩm (SKU) tại điểm bán.
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để cung cấp các tính năng của ứng dụng: lưu danh mục sản phẩm, ảnh và video trong không gian làm việc của bạn hoặc chương trình bạn tham gia. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn giữa các ứng dụng hay trang web khác và không bán dữ liệu.
Dữ liệu được truyền qua HTTPS và lưu trên máy chủ và kho lưu trữ đám mây (VNG Cloud, Việt Nam) của AIVISION. Ảnh và giọng nói được xử lý bằng dịch vụ AI của AIVISION. Không gian làm việc tự đăng ký chỉ bạn thấy. Dữ liệu chưa đồng bộ chỉ nằm trên điện thoại và tự xoá sau khi máy chủ nhận đủ.
Bạn có thể tự xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt > Xóa tài khoản (nhập mật khẩu để xác nhận). Tài khoản không đăng nhập được nữa, không gian làm việc riêng của bạn và dữ liệu trên điện thoại bị xoá; bản sao trên máy chủ được xoá hẳn sau tối đa 30 ngày.

VTraks Labeler is operated by AIVISION (AIV Groups). It helps individuals and businesses capture photos, videos and details of retail products (SKUs).
Data collected: your account (username, name and optional company / shop name you enter when signing up in the app, or that your organisation's administrator creates); product photos and videos you capture, with capture time and author (videos have no audio); voice recordings only when you tap the microphone to dictate a product name (sent to our server for speech-to-text, not stored); packaging text read by AI from product photos. Passwords are stored hashed on the server; on the device only in the Keychain if you enable "Remember password".
Use: only to provide the app's features (your product catalogue, photos and videos in your workspace or the programs you take part in). No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no sale of data.
Storage: sent over HTTPS and stored on AIVISION servers and cloud storage (VNG Cloud, Vietnam); images and voice are processed by AIVISION AI services. A self-registered workspace is visible only to you.
Account deletion: in the app, Settings > Delete account (confirm with your password). The account can no longer sign in, your private workspace and on-device data are deleted, and server copies are purged within 30 days.
